Bob has more than 40 years experience in business development leadership, program and general management, and operations. Bob spearheads ifour's Business Development Services practice where he leverages his experience and domain expertise to help clients achieve superior results through improvements to their business development process, procedures and strategy. Prior to joining ifour, Bob was the Vice President of Program Development in the Command, Control and Intelligence (C2Intel) Division of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. This unit, with revenues exceeding $1.2B is a major supplier of command, control, communications, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems (C3ISR); and information handling, processing, dissemination and exploitation systems and services to the U.S. Intelligence Community, the Air Force, and other government agencies.

Bob joined TRW in 1978. In the 26 years since he joined TRW, now Northrop Grumman Mission Systems, he managed several large programs and businesses in the C3I arena, the National Intelligence Community, and with other Federal Departments such as the FAA. Bob represented TRW on the Executive Subcommittee of the President's National Security Telecommunications Advisory Council (NSTAC) and has been a member of the Engineering Advisory Council at the University of Maryland in College Park. Prior to joining TRW, he was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Naval Security Group, and ran space system ground stations in Europe for two different restricted National programs.

Bob holds a BSEE from the University of Maryland and MSEE and D.EE degrees from the Naval Postgraduate School.
