About Us: Gary Loyd, CEO

Gary, a founding Principal and the CEO of ifour, LLC, has more than 25 years experience in the Information Technology industry during which he has provided consulting services to include corporate growth strategy and business development for some of the top federal IT contractors in the world. He is responsible for leading ifour and developing new business while personally providing advisory and business development services. He is charged with establishing the company's presence and building a strong reputation in the public sector. Gary excels in identifying client needs, developing comprehensive tailored strategies and pursuing business opportunities which deliver measurable results for clients. As CEO, Gary leads a seasoned management team and plays an instrumental role in planning, developing and implementing strategies to grow ifour's business.

Gary has held a variety of executive management and consulting positions and possesses extensive knowledge and experience across the federal,state, local and education markets. Prior to founding ifour, Gary was Vice President for Federal Sources, Inc. (FSI) and previously served as President & CEO of a software development and professional services company. In that position, he was responsible for all aspects of the business including sales and marketing, software and Internet product development, systems integration, M&A, investor relations, and strategic alliances.

Gary has also held management, business development and consulting positions with BDM International, Inc. and Titan Systems Corporation. In these roles, he focused on systems integration, software implementation, business development, sales and consulting services. Gary holds a BBA in MIS from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management and his popularity in the public sector IT arena is demonstrated by his frequent speaking engagements and quotes in numerous publications.
