About Us: Jonathan Tarlin, Senior Vice President, Competitive Assessment & Price-to-Win

Jonathan has over 20 years of experience in market and competitive intelligence, financial analysis, and business development. Jonathan supports top-tier government contractors to identify, pursue, and win opportunities in government markets. Throughout his career, Jonathan has advised companies on growing government and commercial business across diverse technology areas.

Prior to co-founding ifour (now SM&A), he was a Principal Consultant at Federal Sources, Inc. (FSI) and a director at The Strategis Group, where he successfully established and grew a consulting and information services business. He has also held sales and business development positions at various technology companies including a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service provider and collaboration software company. Jonathan holds a BA in Economic Theory from The American University and MBA from George Washington University.
