About Us: Jonathan Tarlin, Executive Vice President & Managing Director

Jonathan, a founding Principal and the Managing Director of ifour, LLC, has over 15 years of experience in IT sales, business development, and market intelligence. Jonathan's clients include top-tier government systems integrators, hardware and software vendors, early stage technology companies, and financial institutions. He has delivered strategic advisory services in diverse technology areas including wireless, voice and data networking, security, biometrics, and enterprise software. Jonathan has advised IT companies on channel distribution, pricing, product, and operational strategies to drive increased revenue and market share. Additionally, he has consulted to the federal government on Enterprise Architecture.

Most recently, Jonathan was a Principal Consultant at Federal Sources, Inc. (FSI) and previously was a director at The StrategisGroup, where he successfully established and grew an IT market intelligence practice group. He has also held sales and business development positions at various technology companies including a voice over internet protocol (VoIP) service provider and collaboration software company. Jonathan holds a BA in Economic Theory from The American University and MBA from George Washington University.
