Our Competitive Assessments are fact-based and provide clients with an independent view of competitor strengths and weaknesses as well as their probable behavior. The Competitive Assessment is coupled with a time-tested 14-step Price-to-Win approach that has assisted clients to win more than $100B in prime contract awards, including over $13B in single-award value.

Our approach is a multi-variable hypothesis of the competitors' predicted behavior and is not simply applying the competitor's historical pricing behavior. Our approach takes into account variables associated with the Government customer and provides alternate approaches/solutions to the requirements (through the competitors' eyes) intended to challenge the capture team to confirm they have made the best strategy decisions.
